ZOL products are warranted with proof of purchase for up to 1 year. The warranty includes defects in material and workmanship (scratches in lenses are not covered under the warranty). The warranty starts on the date you purchase the product. We provide the following processing ways:
CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL PROCESSING via email
1. Send an email with the picture of the product to , with a brief description of your claim.
2. We will reply with a warranty confirmation, then add to the cart the warranty processing cost below, we will also send instructions for phone support.
3. There will be a $10 processing fee to your credit card or PayPal account, for your new product.
CHECK OR MONEY ORDER PROCESSING via email.
